Terms and conditions
Credit Card Payment Security
For online card payments on the website, the authorized payment system Monri (payment gateway) is used. Payment card data is entered exclusively in the secure environment of the payment service provider and is not stored on the merchant’s servers (EVOLUTA d.o.o.). EVOLUTA d.o.o. does not have access to the full card number or the security control number (CVC/CVV).
In accordance with card company and issuing bank rules, certain transactions may require additional identity verification (e.g., 3-D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication).
During payment, only data necessary for transaction processing is exchanged (e.g., amount, currency, status, and transaction reference data). Access to administration and systems is restricted, and security measures are regularly updated.
For certain transactions, the bank may temporarily authorize (reserve) the amount. Final charging depends on successful transaction confirmation and issuing bank rules.

Ordering
Services are ordered through the website by selecting a service and/or date and completing the purchase process. After receiving the order, the customer receives an order/reservation confirmation via email with basic information (service, date/time, number of people, etc.).
The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing or description errors, date unavailability, technical errors, or suspected abuse.
Payment
Payment is processed using methods available during purchase (e.g., card payment via Monri system). Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Information about VAT inclusion is displayed in the purchase process and/or on the invoice, depending on applicable rules.
Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable regulations and delivered to the customer in electronic and/or physical form.
Service delivery
Since the subject of purchase is a service, “delivery” is considered the realization of the service at the agreed time and specified location. Reservation confirmation and/or arrival instructions are delivered to the customer via email after successful ordering.
The customer is obligated to check the data in the confirmation and immediately contact the organizer in case of discrepancies. The customer is obligated to arrive on time; delays may affect the possibility of service delivery, without refund obligation in case of significant delay or no-show, unless otherwise stated for a specific program/service.
Cancellation and Refund
The customer may cancel a reserved service no later than 24 hours before the start and receive a full refund, unless otherwise stated for a specific service/program.
Cancellations within 24 hours before service start: no refund is approved.
No-show: no refund is approved.
If a particular service has different cancellation rules, they are stated with the specific service description and take precedence.
Cancellation is done in writing to info@evoluta.hr, stating the order number and customer details.
Cancellation by organizer / force majeure
In case of cancellation by the organizer (e.g., due to guide illness, minimum number of participants, safety conditions) or due to force majeure, the customer is offered an alternative date or full refund of the paid amount.
Complaints (customer grievances)
The customer may submit a complaint/grievance in writing to info@evoluta.hr or by mail to the registered address. The complaint should contain first and last name, contact information, order number, and situation description (preferably with attachments).
The organizer will promptly confirm receipt of the complaint and respond in writing within the legal timeframe.

Right of unilateral termination (note for services with specific dates)
When purchasing a service provided on a specific date or during a specific period (e.g., workshop/masterclass on a specific day), such contracts generally do not apply the right of unilateral termination within 14 days, in accordance with rules for leisure services with predetermined schedules.
If “open-date” vouchers or services without predetermined schedules are offered, the rules may differ and will be specifically stated with such product/service.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably, otherwise the competent court in Croatia has jurisdiction.
